Refunds are evaluated based on account usage and activity during the subscription period.

2. Usage-Based Services

Because Paperpin provides real-time monitoring and processing services, refunds will not be granted for usage that has already been consumed, including but not limited to:

  • Monitor execution runs
  • Website snapshot generation
  • Change detection processing
  • Notification delivery attempts
  • Webhook or integration executions

Once usage has occurred, it is considered fully delivered.

3. Subscription Renewals

All subscription renewals are non-refundable.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future billing cycles. Cancellation will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Billing Errors

Refunds may be granted at our discretion in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Incorrect billing caused by system errors
  • Failure to activate a purchased subscription
