2. Use License

Subject to these Terms, Paperpin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the service in a manner that exceeds the limits of your subscription plan or violates these Terms
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Paperpin
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use Paperpin to:

• Engage in unlawful activity
• Interfere with or disrupt websites or services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Violate the rights of others
• Circumvent access controls or authentication systems

4. Service Description

Paperpin provides web monitoring and change detection services. We monitor websites you specify and notify you of changes according to your configured settings. The service includes data collection, analysis, and notification delivery. Paperpin attempts to deliver notifications through configured channels, but delivery may be affected by third-party services, network conditions, configuration errors, or service outages. Notification delivery is not guaranteed.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your use of Paperpin complies with applicable laws, regulations, and any agreements governing the websites you choose to monitor
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the service to monitor websites in violation of their terms of service

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using Paperpin, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of Paperpin require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may suspend or terminate service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.

9. Limitation of Liability

Paperpin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of Paperpin after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
