These Terms of Service govern your use of PaperPin and all related services. Please read them carefully before using our platform. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PaperPin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including business owners, team members, and any other individuals who access PaperPin through an account.
Description of Service
PaperPin is a reputation management platform that aggregates reviews from Google, Facebook, and other sources into a single dashboard. Our services include review monitoring, AI-assisted reply drafting, review request campaigns, sentiment analysis, branded public pages, and related tools designed to help small businesses manage and grow their online reputation.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. PaperPin is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use PaperPin for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our platform or other users. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, transmitting spam or unsolicited messages, impersonating any person or entity, and using the platform to generate or distribute false or misleading reviews. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these terms. We may change our pricing at any time with at least 30 days notice. If you downgrade or cancel your plan, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Intellectual Property
PaperPin and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, designs, and content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all content you submit to PaperPin, but you grant us a license to use that content as necessary to provide our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to PaperPin at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PaperPin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of PaperPin shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PaperPin after the effective date of the revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the platform.
